Cracked Ribs, not the eating kind!

Over the years, I have had many an injury. Every kind of pulled muscle, strain, sprain, and the list goes on. I broke my arm in January, first broken bone I ever had in 54 years on this Mother Earth. It hurt like hell the day I did it, but I'm stubborn, and didn't make a peep about it the day it happened. My two sons were with me that day, and they still can't believe I didn't say anything the whole way to the hospital.

This weekend, I once again hurt myself. I fell, and broke/cracked a rib. Now if you've never done this, I'd advise against doing it. Unless you are into PAIN! If you have to cough, it hurts, if you sneeze it hurts, if you have to even strain having a effin hurts!

So, if you like ribs, stick to the eating kind, there much better than having one of your own cracked! :)
